This application is an internal tool for the John L. Scott Real Estate IT team, built to support day‑to‑day business and operational needs. It is intended for use only by authorized John L. Scott employees as part of their job responsibilities.

Who Should Use This App

If you haven’t, please don’t use this system. Any unauthorized access or use is not permitted and may result in access being removed or other action under company policy.

Information We Store

To do its job, this application stores basic business‑related information, which may include:

• Your work identity (such as name, work email, or username)
• Audit information (like when records were created or updated)
• Inventory, contract, or operational data entered for internal use

This information is used only for internal business purposes.

Sign‑In and Security

Sign‑in is handled through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). For security and troubleshooting, certain actions in the app may be logged and reviewed by the IT team.

Data Use & Sharing

Data in this system stays internal to John L. Scott Real Estate. It is not shared outside the organization except where required for system maintenance, security, or by law.

A Note on Privacy

This is a company‑provided system. While we treat data responsibly, users should understand that activity in this application may be monitored and audited as part of normal IT operations.
